Super pumped that you’ve signed up! I first want to thank you for choosing me as your coach. I’m excited to start with you and will do everything I can to help you succeed.

The First step - Assessment

It's a tidy Google Form with questions about you and some images/videos of yourself so that I can gather the info I need. 

The Welcome Guide

Here’s the Welcome Guide and Assessment Instructions — a step-by-step instruction guide on how to do the Initial Assessment along with important info for your online health & fitness coaching.

Please complete the forms in this order and use the same name for all.

1) Equipment You Have Available

Complete the Equipment Availability form. Super easy 6-10 minutes, I’ll just be asking you what equipment you have access to. Everything has a picture so you can compare easily. Also, I’ll ask about mobility tools and gadgets.

2) Digital Physical Assessment

All Physical Tests will be in the App on your calendar. Follow the instructions in your Welcome Guide to gather all the pictures. measurements and Exercise Capacity test results before submitting your results to the Digital Physical Assessment form. This portion of the Assessment will take the longest.

3) Thorough Intake

The final step for you is to complete the new client Intake form. This is a thorough form that will ask many questions related to your health and fitness, habits, lifestyle, and routines. You’ll need to complete it in one sitting and it may take more than 30 minutes to complete. This form is lengthy but remember, this is crucial info for creating the best program for you.

After that, I'll have everything I need to individualize your program and recommendations. Soon you'll be getting info-packed emails from me.
